Quick & simple recipe for making 15lt of wine.
Fruit Wine Recipe is based on a large 19lt bottle
5 cartons of 100% fruit juice, Yeast (3 cubes) 42g per cube 3kg sugar, 11lt water. Put 7.5 litres of water straight into large bottle. Add 2 cartons of 100% juice to large bottle. Dissolve 3 kg sugar in three litres of boiling water & add to bottle. Warm remaining fruit juice in large saucepan. Add to bottle. Dissolve yeast in 500 ml warm water (boil water first, let it cool) Add to large bottle. Once all four ingredients are added, mix well. Cap off with bubble cap or bag seal as well as possible, leave until bubbles stop, depending on room temperature, this can take as little as three weeks. Re-bottle & Leave another week. As long as bubbling has stopped...... Sterilize all wine bottles and lids + siphon Bottle, as cleanly as you can. Drink copious amounts and repeat the whole process! |
